What’s special about
Amazing Snaps?

You can IMMEDIATELY upload any number of your interesting pictures onto the
AmazingSnaps site.
2.
Your pictures are then displayed for you and the world to see and share.

We only accept pictures of interest to others, nothing boring or offensive.

No long registration process, user names or passwords.
4. All the amazing snaps on the site have been uploaded by you, our visitors.
We’ve
kept AmazingSnaps clean, fast and simple. UPLOAD your pictures, SEE your
pictures published, and BROWSE everyone else's great pictures.
Why only pictures
I’ve taken?
In
order to protect you and avoid any possibility of you infringing someone
else’s copyrights, we ask that pictures you upload are owned by you. If
you’ve taken the pictures then you own them. Pictures where you have the
owners proven permission are also fine (ie family or friends).
Why is there no
registration or login?
Probably
half the visitors of a website are put off by having to go through a tedious
registration process or submitting personal, username and password details.
We
have therefore dispensed with this as the only reference we require is your
email when uploading pictures to identify you as the owner/submitter.
Can I make comments
about pictures I see?
We’ve
felt that these posted ‘comments’ are usually very superficial and mixed in
quality, we will review reintroducing posting comments and rating pictures when
appropriate though this would require the dreaded log in process. The majority of visitors
just want to immediately upload their 'interesting' snaps and browse through
the other pictures, quickly.
Why ‘amazing’
snaps?
Visitors
to the site want a varied visual feast of great, interesting, entertaining, fun,
unusual pictures to quickly look through... moments in time from around the
world, people's experiences, famous places and sights, unique happenings,
celebrity sightings and so on. We try to ensure that any pictures
uploaded will get some reaction from some visitors, so anything simply dull or of no likely interest to others
is removed.
Will the site be
offering more services?
AmazingSnaps is seeking several picture/camera/photography industry related partners, not just for advertising on the site, but to develop fun, advisory and shopping services for all those ‘happy snappers’ and keen photographers.
